The United States accuses Russia of violating the anti-engagement regime in Syria

The United States accused Russia of violating the agreements to prevent clashes between the two countries' forces in Syria, and in this regard, the US Department of Defense said, in a report it published on the conduct of Operation "Solid Resolve" against terrorism: "The coalition stated that the Russian forces, despite their commitment in general to the agreements to prevent Clashes with his forces, and they continued to carry out violations that did not endanger the coalition forces. "

"During the quarter of the year, both the Syrian regime and the forces associated with Iran carried out operations against ISIS, but they also obstructed the activities of the coalition and the Syrian Democratic Forces," the report continued.

And the Pentagon continued: "The regime forces and their allies associated with Russia and Iran tried to limit the movement of the coalition forces, while the activities of the Syrian militants linked to Turkey continued to divert the attention of the Syrian Democratic Forces from fighting ISIS."

Since the start of their operations in Syria in 2015, Russia and the United States have concluded several agreements to prevent any incidents between the forces of the two countries.
