Giza Chamber of Commerce: Establishing a new headquarters in Ayat, and coordinating the launch of another with papers


The Board of Directors of the Giza Chamber of Commerce contracted for a new headquarters in the city of Ayat, south of Giza, to provide services to merchants there, within the framework of the comprehensive development plan for the Giza Chamber of Commerce and expansion in various cities and centers of the governorate in order to facilitate the merchants who are members of the General Assembly.

 

Mohamed Imbabi, President of the Chamber of Commerce in Giza, said that the contract for a new headquarters in the city of Ayat to be a fourth headquarters for the chamber, in contrast to the headquarters in Giza Square, the Sixth of October headquarters and the Badrashin headquarters, explaining that the expansion of the establishment of headquarters in various parts of the governorate because the governorate extends over a 100 km Longitudinal and a longitudinal section of it on the Nile strip and it includes more than 20 centers and cities and neighborhoods, and therefore it is considered one of the far-flung governorates. Therefore, the Chamber sought to reduce the members of the General Assembly by providing headquarters in different places, explaining that the number of members of the Chamber reached 250 thousand merchants.

 

In a statement to the chamber, Imbaby said that according to the agreement concluded with Cairo University, the Engineering Research and Studies Center at the College of Engineering will supervise the latest equipment, which is scheduled to start operating to serve the members during the month of August.

 

The President of the Chamber of Commerce in Giza indicated that the chamber’s plan to expand and allocate new headquarters will be contracted for another headquarters in the city of Warraq to serve the north of the governorate and serve the chamber’s members from there.
