Mahmoud Ezzat, defender of Smouha club, confirmed that injuries had disrupted his career with the Alexandrian team, and Smouha had missed the opportunity to compete for the league this season with many draws.
Mahmoud Ezzat said during his interview with the media, Seif Zaher, on the “On Time Stadium” program broadcast on Ontime Sports: “Smouha is one of the clubs that were born big and are classified among the adults, and my first season in Smouha was the best with the team and we achieved third place.”
Mahmoud Ezzat added that Al-Ahly is the best team in the league this season, but Zamalek has the best players as separate capabilities, but Al-Ahly is distinguished by its collective performance.
Ezzat continued, "I belong to Al-Ahly Club since I was young, but since I entered the field of sports, I belong to the team I play for, and I was close to Al-Ahly for a while and Zamalek in another period, but the negotiations were not completed."
Ezzat explained: “I spent 6 years in Smouha, and I have one season left, and I am under the team’s command in anything, and Al-Ismaili requested my inclusion at the beginning of the season, and I agreed on all the terms of my contract with Al-Ismaily, and I went for a medical examination. Now I don't know why."
And about Mohamed Salah, the defender of Smouha said: “Mohamed Salah had a certain goal that he seeks to achieve and quickly adapts to wherever he moves and does not concern himself with anything other than achieving his goal, and his goal since he was in the contractors is external professionalism and not moving to Al-Ahly and Zamalek.”
Ezzat explained: "The early goal helped Smouha win over Pyramids, and the most optimistic people did not expect the scenario of this match, and Mustafa Fathi and Ahmed Abdel Qader are the stars of the match, and they are also the type of players who make the difference."
