Beta Egypt for Urban Development announced the start of handing over the first phase of the Beta Greens New Cairo project in Mostakbal City, New Cairo.
This comes within the framework of Beta Egypt's commitment to the timelines for delivering projects and fulfilling all obligations towards its clients.
Eng. Alaa Fikry, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Beta Egypt, said that the company’s strategy is based on commitment, quality and added value, as it is keen to implement projects in the specified times and with specifications that meet the customer’s ambition and exceed his expectations and according to the highest quality. The focus is on value, which starts from choosing the plot of land The specifications of the project in terms of spaces and services to achieve an added value for the new cities and for the real estate sector as a whole.
He explained that the company was keen to intensify the work of the "Beta Greens New Cairo" project, even in light of the difficult challenges witnessed by the real estate sector as a result of the spread of the Corona pandemic, and was able to complete the units in a record time to meet the obligations and provide ready units for immediate delivery.
He pointed out that "Beta Egypt" realized, through the studies it prepared on the market and customer requirements in the current stage, that providing ready-made units that can be delivered immediately is the optimal and required investment in the current stage.
He pointed out that the company built all the units sold in the project within the framework of commitment with customers and keenness to deliver before the date, pointing to the company's keenness to deliver the units in its projects with specifications that exceed the contract. For example, the contract specifications in the "Beta Greens New Cairo" project include the use of ordinary aluminum and the company Implementation of aluminum "double glass", which is the highest quality and provides the unit with insulation from heat, noise and pollution in a way that reduces energy use and achieves sustainability and a healthy life. Customers were not charged any additional costs despite the high price of aluminum "double glass" equivalent to 3 times the ordinary aluminum.
The "Beta Greens New Cairo" project is located in Mostakbal City, New Cairo, on a total area of 25 acres, and includes 672 apartments and 62 villas. The project provides various models of spaces to meet the needs of customers, starting from 90 to 235 meters, with a total investment of one billion pounds.
The Chairman of the Board of Directors of Beta Egypt indicated that the first phase of the project includes 292 units, the second 250 units and the third 188 units. The company provides various payment systems starting from 10% down payment and installments up to 10 years.
He pointed out that the total targeted contractual sales of the remaining units in the project are one billion pounds, and as for the construction, 70% of the total project has been completed, and recently the villas stage has been completed and the planting and landscaping work for public places has begun.
Eng. Alaa Fikry revealed the intention of Beta Egypt, in the current stage, to expand the implementation of a project in West Cairo.
