A Palestinian child was killed and another injured in an explosion of a remnant of the Israeli aggression on Gaza

Dozens of Palestinians in the Gaza Strip mourned, today, Thursday, a child who was martyred in the explosion of a "suspicious object from the remnants of the recent Israeli war" east of Gaza City, according to "Russia Today".

A medical source in Gaza confirmed, "The death of the child, Obeida al-Dahdouh, and the wounding of his brother, in an explosion of a remnant of the Israeli war."

Seif al-Dahdouh, the child's father, told French media, "I heard an explosion, so I went down to the street and found my two sons on the ground, one martyr and the other injured, and he is now in the operating room in the hospital."

He explained: "My sons grabbed a piece of iron from the war remnants and found it on the land opposite the house, and I don't know how it exploded."

The latest escalation in Gaza, which lasted for 11 days, left 260 Palestinians dead, including 66 children, according to the Gaza Ministry of Health.
