Sherif Abu Talib: We bear the differences in land prices without burdening our clients with any additional financial burdens
Starlight Real Estate and Tourism Development Company announced the resumption of construction work for its "Katameya Coast" project in the North Coast, after paying fees for improving services for the New Urban Communities Authority, and obtaining all official approvals for the project.
M. Sherif Abu Talib, Managing Director of Starlight Real Estate and Tourism Development, said: "We are proud that Kattameya Coast is one of the first projects to pay the fees for improving services that were approved by the Urban Communities Authority as part of the implementation of its new plan to develop the North Coast."
Sharif Abu Talib praised the efforts of the Ministry of Housing and the Urban Communities Authority and their keenness to implement the North Coast development plan, which will have a great positive investment return on the owners of units in the Katameya Coast project.
M. Sherif Abu Talib said that the project succeeded in obtaining all the official approvals and approvals corresponding to the comprehensive urban plan for the development of the northern coast, in accordance with Republican Decree No. 261 of the year 2020 and the decision of the new state authority for the land (Urban Communities Authority) No. 147 dated September 9, 2020.
And Eng. Sherif Abu Talib explained, "All clients of the Kattameya Coast have been notified to resume construction work for the project, and out of our complete belief in the importance of what the state is currently doing in planning and organizing the northern coast, the company bears the land price differences set by the Urban Communities Authority, without charging clients any Additional financial burdens
M. Sherif Abu Talib will open the door for reservations for the second phase of the project soon, after the units of the first phase began to enter into force since they were launched with a total area of 100 acres, so that all units of the project amounting to 371 units will be delivered within 36 months “The investment cost of the first phase of the project is only 3 billion pounds. "
The Katameya Coast project is located on the 180th kilometer Alexandria-Matrouh Road in the North Coast, with a total area of 205 acres.
All units of the project overlook the sea along the 715 beach.
